Cracka Review

The Four Sisters brand is the result of winemaker Trevor Mast’s tribute to his own four girls who inspired him to make a range of wines that they would want to drink. The wines are all about seizing the moment, grabbing some friends and making memories while sharing a glass or two of quality wine. This is a fun wine that demands chilling before sharing it with some good company and a mound of antipasto. Typical aromas of pear, apple and hints of melon before a crisp, refreshing palate and a zesty, acid finish.

Winemaker's Notes

Scents of pear, white peach and perfumed apricot are beautifully balanced with flavours of honeysuckle, melon and delicate gooseberry creating an easy to drink and truly enjoyable wine. Unlike the richer and fuller bodied Pinot Gris styles, this light and refreshing wine has a hint of minerality and a fresh, crisp finish.

An ideal match with char-grilled seafood, Tapas or light Summer salads.

2015 Four Sisters Pinot Grigio

Expert Reviews

James Halliday (2015 Vintage) says
From several sources across Vic, picked and crushed at night, cool-fermented with cultured yeast in stainless steel. This is grigio, and has achieved its generous flavours in the simplest way possible, without any residual sugar to add to the finish. Good value.

Aromatic spicy stonefruit nose with a lovely palate showing great length and tasting of sweet apricots.
