This is a very fine white blend, with floral, sweet & ripe pear and almond notes. The palate is tender but with a lovely mineral coating. Fresh and balanced, this will pair perfectly with a fresh seafood platter.
Grapes: Mainly Clairette (typical meridional grape), Roussanne and Grenache white.
Harvest and Vinification: Night harvest. Pneumatic pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (around 15°C).
Soil: Combination of sand and clay.
Tasting Notes: The Clairette gives nice aromas of ripe pears with flowery notes that come from the Roussanne. Delicate and well balanced with a nice aromatic and gustative freshness.
Sommelier Advices: Best served chilled (10°C). It will the perfect accompany wine for grilled fish or seafood. Also ideal as an aperitif.
