2015 Mi Terruno Uvas Mendoza Malbec
Grape Variety: 100% Malbec.
Winemaking: The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed. Maceration took place before fermentation. 10 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25°-29°C. Natural malolactic fermentation. 20% of the wine was then aged for 2 months in American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Vibrant red colour with violet hues. The nose presents a fine mix of red fruit and fresh herbs. Well balanced on the palate with firm and silky tannins. A perfect introduction to Malbec.
Best Served: 16°-18°C.
