Cracka Review

Made by Frogmore Creek Wines, 42 Degrees South relates to the central latitude of Tasmania. This is an unwooded Chardy, which means pure fruit expression is the go here. Aromas of white stone fruits, yellow citrus, dairy and nuts float out of the glass. Meanwhile the palate is lighter-bodied and creamy, with succulent citrus flavours, a nice line of flinty acidity, and a fresh, frisky finish. A nice chilli & lime marinated chicken would be awesome with this!

Winemaker's Notes

Vinification: The grapes were 100% handpicked.

Aroma: Fresh stone fruit and ripe grapefruit aromas meld together.

Palate: A soft fig and pecan flavoursome palate. Elegant cool climate mineral acid lengthens the experience.

Alc/vol: 13.0%

Lemony fruit-driven, tangy acid, crisp wine. Very lively and fresh. Attractive wine.
