OK, so it wasn't made by leaving the grapes on the vine in the snow, but this is as close as we are going to get here in Aussieland, and this one is a little beauty! Orange and lime marmalade smells leap out of the glass, together with stone fruits and honeysuckle. The palate is sweet and rich, with more candied citrus and pineapple cube flavours, and a bright, non-cloying finish which is a lovely surprise. Excellent with fruity desserts!

Dessert in a glass! This ‘iced’ Riesling is made by freeze concentrating freshly pressed grape juice, giving a flavour intensity that is out of this world. Mandarin aromas gel with subtle sweet honey and apple flavours. It’s tropical, crispy and the flavours go on and on. Pair it with lemon curd tarts or a selection of delicious Tasmanian cheeses.
