Winemaker's Notes

Tasting notes: Exuberant fresh blue and black fruit leap out of the glass on the nose. Fresh ripe Satsuma plum and blackberries explode on the palate with an undertone of seriousness “licorice and fine chocolate play across a bass note of Asian spice“ to this youthful and easy to drink wine.

The absence of preservatives is perfect for those allergic, while some tasters have said it almost magically reminded them of memories of fresh fruit eaten in their childhood.

Shiraz from McLaren Vale slapped into bottle with pretty much nothing aside harvesting, de-stemming, some movement in winery, fermentation happening between being on vine and being in bottle – no preservative/SO2 used. Dub Style is the alt-production wines of Inkwell Wines.
Attractive, easy drinking right here. Bursts outta the glass with a jumble of currants and berry jubes, dusting of mocha. The palate is ripe berry pure and fresh, brisk in its flavour stain on the palate, finishes with an attractive crispness. Washy, delicious, casual drinking personified. Hard not to skol the glass. Yum.
2017 - 2019
Huon Hooke (2016 Vintage) says
Deep, youthful, vibrant colour, clear and bright. Intense dark-berry, fruitcake and spice aromas which are far from raw and simplistic. The wine is medium-full bodied and very approachable with soft tannins and balanced acidity. The wine has great drinkability despite its youth and the fact that it's not light and callow or nouveau-like. PF means no preservative (sulfur dioxide) added, and indeed it ticks all the boxes for a 'natural' wine.
