2016 Oxford Landing Estates Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw with a tinge of green. Fresh and zesty aromas of green nettles, passionfruit pulp, lemongrass and mango. The palate is light bodied yet flowing with layers of fresh lemongrass and papaya. Fine, crunchy acidity helps to focus the taste buds on the finish which is clean, persistent and delicious. Drink with mussels steamed in white wine and served with crusty bread.
