The vineyard is planted to the Burgundy clone 96, and the grapes were pressed direct to barrels (puncheons) with no SO2 added until the conclusion of wild yeast fermentation; the wine is intensely tangy, grapefruit to the fore, but with some white peach fruit also present; the oak is subtle, and the wine will flower over the next few years.
