The grapes were whole bunch-pressed direct to barrel for a full solids, wild yeast fermentation; following fermentation the wine was immediately sulphured to prevent the onset of mlf and retain natural acidity. This is a totally delicious wine, with intense white peach, grapefruit and French oak seamlessly married on the long palate and aftertaste.
