Abel's Tempest Chardonnay

Expert Reviews

James Halliday (2011 Vintage) says
Bright straw-green; has utterly harmonious mouthfeel and equally well-balanced flavours, first the fruit in a white stone fruit citadel, and second in the fruit-oak-acidity triangle. Will drink at any time over the next 5-7+ years.
Australian Wine Companion 2014 Edition 2013
Jeremy Oliver (2011 Vintage) says
Dusty aromas of peach, pear and cashew preceded a forward, slightly simple palate of peach/melon and apple-like fruit and creamy, nutty undertones. It finishes slightly short, but with a gentle acidity.
The Australian Wine Annual 2014 Edition 2014
WINESTATE (2010 Vintage) says
Smells of green melons, tastes lemony and has a nice spritzig character.
WINESTATE Volume 34 (2011) 2011
James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Pale, bright straw-green; the flowery, blossom-filled bouquet leads into an intense, highly focused palate driven by grapefruit and white peach flavours that are in turn backed up by crisp acidity.
