James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Fresh but fairly neutral fruit flavours; light stone fruit and citrus, and a clean finish.
Australian Wine Companion 2010 2009
Matthew Jukes & Tyson Stelzer (2008 Vintage) says
While most of Australia’s best cheapie Chardys tend to hail from South Australia and Victoria, Western Australia deserves your attention when it comes up with wines as fresh and zesty as this. It’s a contrasting style, made from cool Frankland fruit, giving it Asian pear and fresh ginger purity and it performs exactly as it should – unwooded and uncomplicated.

WINESTATE (2008 Vintage) says
Estery banana characters lift off the nose and mingle with creamy yeast nuances. Very tight acidic palate but theres enough sweet varietal fruit to back it up. 3-5

Nick Stock (2007 Vintage) says
Trades on the brightness of the unwooded, elegant lighter style. Fruit salad aromas, rolling through figs and some gentle honey in the background. The palate packs plenty of poached stone fruit flavour and gentle grip through the finish. Good times.

Peter Forrestal (2006 Vintage) says
This is a decent drink, a touch lacking in concentration, but cool and pleasant in the mouth.
