Michael Cooper (2005 Vintage) says
The 2005 vintage is a ripe, late-harvest style with 150 grams per litre of residual sugar. Sweet, with citrusy, appley flavours, it's a faintly honeyed wine, light in body (11.5 per cent alcohol), gentle and smooth, for drinking now or cellaring.

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
The 1999 vintage shows lovely poise and richness. Made from Marlborough grapes 'left to hang late to encourage extra natural sweetness, with some berries picked individually', it's a light lemon/green wine with a scented, lemony, honeyish bouquet. The intense, citrusy, nectareous flavours are cut with fresh acidity, leading to a long, honied finish. It should age really well.
