Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine (2009 Vintage) says
This is 100 per cent chardonnay from a single Marlborough vineyard. Aged on the yeast lees for around two years before being disgorged and, after a sugar addition up to five grams per litre, bottled. Light, fresh and gently aromatic wine with a core of lovely, fruity acidity and an ethereal texture. Citrus fruit and crisp, apple-like flavours dominate in this fruit-focused wine although a seasoning of yeast-derived nutty flavours nutty flavours is evident. A delicious drink at a pretty good price.

Michael Cooper says
This non-vintage Marlborough blanc de blancs is based wholly on Chardonnay. Light lemon/green, it's a very lively and crisp wine with strong lemon/apple flavours, good yeast autolysis characters adding a biscuity complexity to the nose and palate, and a lingering finish.
