Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
A basically dry style (harbouring only 4 grams/litre of residual sugar), the 2009 vintage is from vines around 30 years old, adjacent to the winery. Tank-fermented and matured for six months in old oak barrels, it is rich and finely poised, with concentrated grapefruit, spice and slight honey flavours, a very subtle seasoning of oak and good acid spine. It's a distinctive, rewarding wine; drink now or cellar.

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
A basically dry style (6 grams/litre of residual sugar), the distinctive 2008 vintage was mostly handled in tanks, but 5 per cent was aged in old casks. It's a concentrated, complex wine with an array of grapefruit, pear, lime and spice flavours, a faint hint of honey and a rounded finish.
