Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
At its best, this is a memorable wine, robust, soft and lush, with layers of peachy, nutty flavour. The 2002 vintage was fermented and lees-aged in French oak barriques (60 per cent new), with 100 per cent malolactic fermentation. It's a tight, oaky wine, full-bodied (14 per cent alcohol), with fresh, strong, citrusy flavours, a hint of butterscotch and excellent concentration. Best drinking 2006-07
