Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
The fully dry 2004 vintage was estate-grown at Maraekakaho, cool-fermented and lees-aged in tanks. Fresh and flavoursome, with passionfruit, melon and lime characters and lively acidity, it's at the less herbaceous end of the ripeness spectrum, but shows no shortage of flavour or vigour.

The 2003 vintage is attractive in its youth - crisp and lively, with passionfruit and lime flavours showing good freshness and zing and a fully drv finish.

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
The 1998 vintage is a stylish wine, produced in an off-dry style. Full (13.5 per cent alcohol) and fresh, it is ripely scented, with good depth of ripe, delicate, melon-like flavours, a touch of complexity from lees-aging and a firm, fractionally sweet, lingering finish. The 1999 is fresh and limey on the nose; full-bodied, crisp and lively on the palate, with a sliver of sweetness filling out its citrus fruit, passionfruit and lime flavours.
