The 2010 vintage, fermented and aged for 11 months in French and European oak casks (25 per cent new), is a smooth, basically dry style (4 grams/litre of residual sugar). Full-bodied, it is skilfully balanced and harmonious, with a creamy texture and strong, ripe, peachy, slightly biscuity flavours.
