James Halliday (2012 Vintage) says
Has a faint pink-bronze hue; the bouquet is far more expressive than most, with unmistakable nashi pear aromas, which are married with hints of fresh ginger and incipient honey on the palate. Well up the pinot grigio totem pole of quality, and very good value
Australian Wine Companion 2014 Edition 2013
James Halliday (2011 Vintage) says
Pale straw-pink; an attractive wine, and my only quarrel with the back label description of' nashi pear and lemon citrus on the nose and guava, green lime and hints of honey on the palate in the offing' is that this is a description not of grigio, but of gris.

WINESTATE (2010 Vintage) says
Lifted, perfumed, floral nose and palate, with lovely crispness and spicy/floral flavours.

James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Plenty of character with pear and a little savoury, sulphide complexity; the palate has good weight, with a little savoury bitterness on the finish.
