From the Amisfield winery, the ravishing, honey-sweet 2004 vintage is a blend of Riesling (70 per cent) and barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc (30 per cent), grown in Marlborough. Golden, it is a soft, heavily botrytised wine, lush and lovely, with low alcohol (8.5 per cent), abundant sweetness (210 grams/ litre of residual sugar) and great richness and presence in the mouth.
