Cracka Review

If you were going to drink an Australian Sauvignon Blanc your best bet is to head for the Adelaide Hills as this col-climate region is ideally suited to growing the variety. Nicely aromatic fruit aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit, this wine is lively, fresh and tangy. Good concentration and balance with smart, zesty acids provide a style that goes well with fresh seafood.

Winemaker's Notes

The cool climate and long growing season in the Adelaide Hills has given our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc fresh fruit flavours and a vibrant acidity. Lightly cropped vines and hand picking of the grapes have preserved the elegant characters of Sauvignon. Careful handling in the winery with temperature controlled fermentation ensures that nature’s good work in the vineyard is expressed as vibrant, intense and complex flavours in the bottle.

Our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a premium wine grown on our award winning estate vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. The region is cool climate and world renowned for producing premium Sauvignon Blanc. This wine exhibits a full array of flavours and aromas from gooseberry to passion fruit and tropical characters. The palate is fresh, lively and crisp with a long finish. To be enjoyed chilled and while young. Drink now to 2014
