Archer Shiraz

Cracka Review

Fragrant red and blue fruits with a distinct tar and liquorice edge to it, the oak sits nicely inside the fruit. The palate rolls on smooth fluffy tannins carrying dark cherry and plum flavour, finishing fresh and neatly balanced.

Campbell Mattinson & Gary Walsh (2007 Vintage) says
Beautifully packaged wine from brothers Tim and Nick Stock. We're beginning to wonder if, in a wine sense, there's anything these blokes can't do. Please decant - even if just for twenty minutes or so. It's then a beautifully textured wine, full of class and pure, honest flavour. It's so silken that you almost want to lick it as much as drink it, though grainy, savoury tannins bring you back to the task. Flavours of plums, cloves and ink. Very, very nice.
