Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
The 2007 vintage was fermented in tanks (80 per cent) and new French oak casks (20 per cent). A fruit-driven style, it is mouthfilling and sweet-fruited, with vibrant, citrusy, appley flavours, and good weight and texture. It's reminiscent of Chablis, except with gentler acidity. The 2008 is fresh, fruity and crisp, with vibrant, citrusy, peachy, slightly biscuity flavours, balanced for easy drinking.
