Baileys of Glenrowan Founder Series Liqueur Tokay
James Halliday says
Moderate age; classic tea-leaf, butterscotch and malt aromas and flavours; a lingering sweetness through the palate, then a final farewell is (commendably) almost dry.Australian Wine Companion 2009 2008
Tyson Stelzer says
This is a great price for a very smartly presented, full-sized bottle. The contents are just as impressive. A clean, fruity style with rose hip tea aromas and a palate of toffee, butterscotch and coffee.
Ken Gargett says
This wine blew me and a few judges away at the Adelaide Wine Show in 2002 when it collected the trophy for best fortified. We could hardly believe it was little old Baileys of Glenrowan. Even the chief winemaker of Beringer Blass, which owns Baileys, couldn't believe his eyes when the wine's identity was revealed. This is wonderful tokay with aromas of tea leaf and that wonderfully complex palate and luscious sweetness that make you want to keep drinking it forever.Don't Buy Wine Without Me 2004 2004
