Campbell Mattinson & Gary Walsh (2008 Vintage) says
This wine improved dramatically given time t o breathe; it's well worth giving it a splash in a decanter. Not as easy to like as the 2007 release, but this is still a good wine. It's elegant and fruit-driven and well ripened. It tastes of blackberries and dark olives. No obvious signs of oak. It's in pretty good drinking shape.

This is a label to watch - it has just started beeping brightly on our radar screen. Full-flavoured reds at realistic prices. Another example of the excellent 2007 vintage in (it wasn't nearly as good in the south-eastern states). It offers a big ball of sweet, round, dark-centred flavour, all soft and plush and generous. Is there a bit of peppery complexity here too? Probably. We're too busy drinking it...
