James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Estate-grown, whole bunch-pressed and barn fermented in French oak; classic cool-grown chardonnay with fresh, intense grapefruit and white peach flavours complexed by a touch of grilled nut/mealy oak inputs.

Nick Stock (2010 Vintage) says
There s impressive fresh melon fruit on the nose here, really composed and bright, ripe but still showing its cool origin restraint and measure. The palate has delicious acid crunch; it really sings. Lightly toasted nuts and spice, citrus and apple fruit flavours, melons, and a nutty, smooth finish. Lovely Chablis-like appeal here.

James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Pale colour, vibrant hue; a restrained style relying on fine lemon fruit, a touch of anise and delicate oak for personality; the palate is light, almost ethereal, exhibiting grace with an underlying energy provided by fine acidity; certainly in the elegant end of the spectrum.

Proclaims its Tasmanian origin with a stainless steel shaft of acidity around which the grapefruit and honeydew melon fruit is built; clean finish.
