Medium to full yellow; a traditional, full-blown Barossa Semillon style, with considerable oak input to both the bouquet and palate, yet not compromising the citrus and herbal fruit flavours on the palate. Presently has nice mouthfeel, but, as ever, this wine will be at its best in the year following vintage, and should under no circumstances be cellared.
