Nose: Luscious sun-ripened raspberries and strawberries, with a bag of mixed lollies and hint of
spice for good measure.
Palate: Imagine a mouthful of plump strawberries, cold juicy watermelon with a hint of exotic spice.
All are smoothly integrated with the sweetness of confectionary, a little zing and the softest of
tannins resulting in a delicate yet persistent finish.
Food: Serve chilled to around 8-12 degrees on the banks of the river, by the sea,
at a BBQ or under a tree. Cracking on its own but a standout with all grilled meats, Mediterranean
vegetables and summer nibbles in general. Even when the sun is not shining add a little chilli to heat
things up and serve our crazy with a Thai beef salad.
