Ray Jordan (2005 Vintage) says
A more elegant and stylish expression of Shiraz than the previous vintage. Has a fine floral character with touches of cherry and cedary working with a little spiciness. Lovely palate shows an attractive leafy red berry character with grainy tannin and well weight oak for support.

James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Medium red-purple; the moderately intense bouquet has blackberry at its core, with spicy/savoury/ briary overtones; the medium to full-bodied palate has good length and mouthfeel to the ripe fruit, savoury tannins and positive oak.

This little vineyard makes an impressive shiraz. This is right there with the best they have made Ð and it's from a cracking vintage. Loads of savoury plum fruit with a small amount of pepper spice. The palate is warm and deeply textured with intense concentrated fruit. The tannins are ripe and firm. Delicious and will continue to get better in the cellar. This is dirt cheap for a wine of this quality

James Halliday (1998 Vintage) says
Medium red-purple; some slightly gamey overtones to the bouquet, which may or may not be varietal, are followed by a bright, fresh cherry palate, not particularly complex but not over-oaked either.
