Cracka Review

I have got a little crush on Orange Shiraz. It is not the biggest or baddest Shiraz with more elegance than your everyday South Australian example but it delivours loads of spicy, earthy personality. If you like Shiraz with subtlety and character then this is most certainly your man.

Winemaker's Notes

This shows violet perfume over pepper, spice and aniseed with a black fruit core. Its power is in its subtlety. Its strength is its ability to endure. Incredible with barbequed scotch fillet , roast beef or aged cheddar. This wine will continue to improve over the next decade.

Medium red-purple; an elegant, medium-bodied wine with an interplay of red fruits, spice and pepper, the palate long and fine.

Calm and collected, this is an elegant wine which proudly waves the flag of cool climate Syrah at a price point where few others tread. It sings with pepper and herbs amid a finely structured palate of savour tannins. It will age nicely for the medium-term, too.
