Cracka Review

Appearance: Amber/tawny with olive green hues.

Nose: Slightly baked caramel, butterscotch and toasty rancio characters.

Palate: Honey, toffee, butterscotch flavours. Some fruit sweetness is well balanced by the rancio characters, and has a clean fresh spirit finish. Serve chilled.

Food: A delicious end to a meal. Pair with cheese plates or rich desserts.

Cellaring: Drink now to 4 years.

Alcohol: 18.0%

James Halliday says
Plenty of rancio, with attractive nutty and a slight toffee complexity; quite sweet and fresh on the finish.
