Bimbadgen Regions Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Cracka Review

Appearance: Deep purple.

Nose: Blackberries, violets and tobacco leaf.

Palate: Blueberries and mulberries intermingle with some bitter chocolate and clove spice. The Cabernet Sauvignon tannins give the wine firm structure while the Merlot fleshes out the fruit on the middle palate.

Food: Veal shank pie.

Cellaring: A lovely fruit forward style of wine which will reward short term cellaring up to 2015.

Alcohol: 13.5%
