Tassie is fast becoming home to Australia's top Sauvignon Blanc and this is a top introduction with super elegant gooseberry, kiwi fruit aromatics with a superb bone dry palate finishing fresh and zippy. Marlborough - eat your heart out.

Winemaker's Notes

Appearance: Pale green.

Nose: Highly aromatic with kaffir lime leaf, snow pea sprouts and pineapple.

Palate: Pineapple and lychee with tangy citrus flavours and some fresh cut grass.

Food: Match this wine to a range of salads, seafood and white meat dishes.

Cellaring: This wine has been made in a style to drink now whilst fresh and lively.
