This is the most intense wine that we make at Blind Corner, made from a single block of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon on the Blind Corner vineyard.

The grapes are handpicked and air-dried prior to fermentation, the grapes lose a good quantity of water as they dry out, and also concentrate the sugars and flavours of the fruit They are then foot-crushed, then hand-plunged during fermentation and basket pressed to french oak for 12 months before being bottled without any fining or filtering

The palate is rich and warm, with smooth tannins carrying the back palate onto a long finish.
