James Halliday (2012 Vintage) says
Pale quartz-green; the vibrant citrus and green apple flavours are strung along a core of high-tensile minerality, the finish drawing saliva from the mouth. Will age superbly.
Australian Wine Companion 2014 Edition 2013
Jeremy Oliver (2012 Vintage) says
Unusually mineral and savoury with a very tight line of penetrative fruit, this rather pungent, waxy and funky riesling has a lanolin-like bouquet of apple, pear and lemon rind. It's long and slatey, delivering a tightly sculpted presence of lime, apple and lemon flavour that extends towards a drying, chalky finish underpinned by assertive, meaty, yeast-derived complexity and finishing with notes of lemon sherbet and mineral.

Jeremy Oliver (2010 Vintage) says
Long, lean and shapely, this perfumed riesling has a spicy bouquet of pear, apple and white peach lifted by scents of white flowers and lavender. It's crystal-clear, opening up with genuine roundness and fleshiness but is penetrated by piercing, brightly lit tangy fruit. Underpinned by fine chalkiness, it finishes tightly drilled and dry, with racy acids.

James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
A gloriously fragrant bouquet with a surge of lime/lemon blossom, then an emphatic palate full of lime and a hint of herb; finishes well.
Australian Wine Companion 2011 2010
Jeremy Oliver (2008 Vintage) says
Steely, mineral and Germanic, this finely honed and balanced riesling is tightly sculpted, long and savoury. Scented with delicate nuances of pear, apple and stonefruit with undertones of minerals and herbs, it's taut and slatey, with piercing fruit and a measured element of reductive funkiness finishing with a refreshing citrus acidity and lingering core of flavour.
Australian Wine Annual 2010 2009
James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Fragrant spice, wild flower and apple aromas lead into an intense and lime juice palate, with immaculate balance and length.
Australian Wine Companion 2010 2009
James Halliday (2006 Vintage) says
Aromatic with slightly unusual crushed nettle and passionfruit aromas; delightful flavours moving more to citrus and passionfruit; excellent finish
Australian Wine Companion 2008 2007
James Halliday (2005 Vintage) says
Very floral herb, spice and blossom; intensely focused and long; excellent balance.
Australian Wine Companion 2007 2006
James Halliday (2002 Vintage) says
Bright green-yellow; a spotlessly clean and fragrant bouquet has lime and passionfruit aromas which come through strongly on the palate; a hint of CO2 spritz adds rather than detracts; good balancing acidity finishes a stylish wine.
Australian Wine Companion 2004 2003
James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Bright, light green-yellow; the bouquet offers abundant lime together with some more tropical aromas; the palate is full of rich, gently sweet lime, citrus and pineapple fruit flavours, generous but not phenolic.
