This cheeky little chardy is at the more affordable end of town in the Bodegas Chivite range, and it's a pretty nice drink to boot! Bright, fresh aromas of white stone fruits, yellow citrus and apples jump out of the glass, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and dry with virtually no oak, pure fruity flavours, a nice lashing of lemony acidity, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Fish and chips or a veggie pasta would be great with this!
Yellow pale, brilliant with golden hints. Intense n the nose with varietal notes. Mainly citrus aromas with a touch of peach. Fresh attack, well-balanced acidity, fruity notes, long, fresh and persistent finish.
Serve with all types of starters, pasta salad, creams, quiche and fish.
