Bouldevines Marlborough Riesling

Expert Reviews

Nick Stock (2010 Vintage) says
Some deeper colour on this Dog Point Road vineyard riesling, which sits at the drier end of the New Zealand riesling spectrum. It has a nose of ripe lime and flint, and gentle beeswax too. The palate's all about lime citrus and lime pith. It's soft and flowing - nicely ripe texture here.

WINESTATE (2010 Vintage) says
Single-vineyard wine, fleshy and fully dry, but not austere. Mouthfilling, with good intensity of peachy, slightly citrusy flavours in a Ôserious' style with excellent delicacy, ripeness and richness.

From the south side of the Wairau Valley, the 2010 vintage is a single-vineyard wine, fleshy and fully dry (2.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), but not at all austere. Mouthfilling, it shows good intensity of peachy, slightly citrusy flavours in a 'serious' style with excellent delicacy, ripeness and richness.
