This little beauty is a step up from the other Chablis, and is certainly a little richer in style. Aromas of poached apples, jasmine and dairy rise from the glass, whilst the palate is fresh and fruity with an appealing buttery mouthfeel, licks of toastiness, and a bright, citrusy, lip smacking finish.
Appearance: Pale gold, shimmering.
Nose: Floral and mineral aromas, with a hint of milk.
Palate: Fresh and balanced, complex on the finish with a hint of hazelnut and dried fruit.
Food: This wine will perfectly complement fish, white meats and goats’ cheeses.
