Cracka Review

Brancott has a touch of Prince about it. It's the brand formerly known as Montana, and is still turning out ripping savvies from Marlborough. This one is an earlier-picked, lower alcohol (9%) version that shows signature Marlborough passionfruit on the nose, along with hints of grassiness and guava. The palate is light and sweetly-fruited, with a touch of creaminess to the mouthfeel, lemon acidity, and a bright, zesty finish. No need to feel guilty about that second glass!

Winemaker's Notes

"Full of the flavour and punchy aromatics you would expect from our Sauvignon Blanc, while also being lower in alcohol – this is another great tasting wine from the 2014 vintage." - Patrick Materman, Chief Winemaker

Brancott Estate Flight Sauvignon Blanc

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2012 Vintage) says
This low-alcohol style (9 per cent) has more flavour and greater personality than most wines in this category. Highly aromatic, it is light and vivacious, with citrusy, appley flavours and a splash of sweetness balanced by appetising acidity. Tangy and refreshing.
