We barely need to tell you how good this wine is, fusing together both Margaret River and the perennial favourite Sauvignon Blanc. Classic vintage conditions have created a wine that is pure sunshine in a glass offering up tropical and stone fruit note. It seems redundant to tell you that it’s full of zesty citrus flavours with lots of fresh acids on the finish because that’s why you love the style so much. A really likeable style, which will pair perfectly with a plate of prawns.
Margaret River is capable of making truly beautiful wines from many varieties and this wine serves as a reminder that Sauvignon Blanc can be one of the most refreshing wine styles out there.
Appearance: Very pale and fresh – typical of young Sauvignon Blanc.
Nose: Lifted aromatics of lime zest, cut grass and passion fruit – fresh, bright and youthful nose driven by pure primary fruits
