Cracka Review

Pale colour with green tints. The first impression is of fresh, lifted tropical fruit. Lychee and gooseberry aromas with a touch of ‘talc’ typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The palate has excellent fruit weight. Again, lychee and tropical flavours. Passionfruit and a zesty citrus acid carrying the flavours for a long finish. Everything Sauvignon Blanc should be.

James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
Demonstrates why Orange sauvignon Wane is enjoying such show success; fragrant and aromatic, with blossom nuances to a willowy palate, the flavours running from grapefruit to gooseberry and a touch of lime; lovely finish.

Nick Stock (2009 Vintage) says
Another ringing endorsement for the Orange Sauvignon Blanc cause, this has pungently ripe passionfruit and citrus fruits. The palate is richly weighted yet balanced by sturdy acid crunch, finishing with impressive balance and lingering citrus flavour.

James Halliday (2005 Vintage) says
Again, spotlessly clean; a firm, clean, minerally framework, with grass, herb, gooseberry and grapefruit all intermingling sotto voce; lemony acidity to close.
