From a single vineyard, 50% fermented in new French oak puncheons, 50% tank-fermented with wild yeast; 8 months' maturation with occasional stirring. The relatively rich stone fruit flavours are dominant, not oak; there may be a touch of residual sugar, but either way, it has a generous mouthfeel and finish.
