Burnt Spur Martinborough Riesling

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2003 Vintage) says
Sold as an 'aperitif style', the 2003 vintage is a light-bodied wine (8. 7 per cent alcohol), with a bright, light yellow/green hue and a gently honeyed bouquet. Already enjoyable, it has crisp, appley, lemony, slightly honeyed flavours, tense and youthful, suggesting good cellaring potential.

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
Bright, light lemon/green, the 2002 vintage is a ripely scented, slightly honeyed wine with citrusy, limey flavours of good depth, fresh acidity and a bone-dry finish. Drink now or cellar.
