Low yielding Sauvignon Blanc was picked from Estate, Pear Tree Duck & Pheasant and Ants nest vineyards. Picked at night and optimum temperature it was processed immediately in the winery before a cool, stainless steel ferment with a little time on lees. Early bottled to retain its bright, pristine and pure fruit characters.
