Medium purple-red; ticks all the boxes: open-fermented, basket-pressed, and spent three years in French oak, then was held for a further 10 months prior to release. Has considerable intensity and complexity to its savoury black fruits within the cocoon of French oak. Should develop well. 100 dozen made.
