Campbells The Cellar Muscat

Cracka Review

Deep amber with golden hues. Fresh raisined muscat fruit, which leaves you in no doubt about the origins of the wine and the depth of the flavour to come.

Luscious and lingering, this wine is typical of muscat from the Rutherglen region. There is an abundance of sun-ripened muscat fruit flavour, and a long lingering finish.

The acid balance and tannin from barrel ageing prevents the wine from being cloyingly sweet. The Cellar Muscat is wonderful with rich puddings and icecream, or platters of full flavoured piquant cheeses.
