Muller-thurgau is a hybrid of riesling and the Swiss variety chasselas. This wine is pretty typical of the variety and shows light and breezy scents of stone fruits, lemon and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is light-bodied and easygoing with citrus and peachy flavours, friendly acidity, and a dry, crisp finish. Chill it down and enjoy with sushi.
