Cracka Review

Muller-thurgau is a hybrid of riesling and the Swiss variety chasselas. This wine is pretty typical of the variety and shows light and breezy scents of stone fruits, lemon and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is light-bodied and easygoing with citrus and peachy flavours, friendly acidity, and a dry, crisp finish. Chill it down and enjoy with sushi.

Winemaker's Notes

Appearance: Straw-yellow with green accents.

Nose: Delicate, lightly aromatic and fruity with hints of white peach, and spicy notes of sage and thyme.

Palate: Dry, fresh, fruity, lightly aromatic, well-balanced and moderate acidity.

Food: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with raw and cooked fish, fresh cheeses, vegetables first courses dishes and white meats with aromatic herbs.
