Nick Stock (2009 Vintage) says
They sent it, I tasted it and now you're reading about it. This is arguably the book's least likely inclusion, but it's just so darn eccentric that I had to share it. Deep gold and cloudy - seriously cloudy - this is a blend of riesling and the almost extinct gouais variety. Smells like lime marmalade, as if it's going to be seriously sweet; some candied lime peel too. The palate's bright, rich and, as expected, pretty darn sweet. Could be used as a quencher on a super-hot day, as a base for a sweet spritzer or with fresh fruit flan as a dessert wine. Trainspotters, wine geeks and adventurers will get a kick too.
