OK, the winemaker says it's a salmon-pink colour, we think it's a little more orange, but it doesn’t matter because the contents of the bottle are delish! There's some appealing stone fruits, red berries and citrus on the nose, which translates to the flavours on the fine, creamy palate. It's all supported by elegant bubbles, some zippy acidity, and a long, dry finish that will see this match well with some freshly-shucked oysters. 

Winemaker's Notes

Beautiful, pale salmon pink colour, with the characteristic fine mousse. The palate is a combination between the elegance and freshness of the Chardonnay and the cherry and slight tannic bite of the Pinot noir.

The wine is left in bottle on yeast lees for three years before disgorging.
