Here's something you don’t see everyday in Champagne - a wine that is grown, made and designed by the same person. This is a very small, 'boutique' Champagne producer that you won't see in every shop. Made for 80% pinot noir, and 20% chardonnay, it's a bright, crisp, nutty and buttered croissant number that has appealing tastes of stone fruits, lemons and baked bread. It's all supported by fine bubbles and frisky acidity that will see this graceful Champagne pair well with some creamy oysters.
Nathalie Falmet is an exceptional winemaker & woman; Nathalie controls every aspect of her wine, from the cultivation of the vine up to the design of her labels. Grape grower and oenologist, she is one of the few women in Champagne to have both titles and to have both jobs simultaneously.
Her vineyards are nestled into the heart of the vibrant Côte de Bar region. The difference in soil and climate sees the wines of the Côtes de Bar being fuller in character. This coupled with the fact that the Marne is now fully planted this region is bustling with activity and passion.
The Cuvée Brut is composed of 80% Pinot noir and 20% Chardonnay. This is champagne from a sustainable culture and which proudly expresses their terroir.
Reviews and Accolades
The NV Brut is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the Cote des Bar. This intriguing Champagne reveals tons of brilliance in a focused, powerful style. The wine needs to be opened in advance in order to show the full breadth of its expression. Hazelnuts, pears and minerals linger on the close.

Bright yellow. Exotic, highly perfumed aromas of tangerine, pear nectar, white flowers and baking spices. Fleshy but lively as well, offering potent blood orange and orchard fruit flavors and a touch of chalky minerality. Smooth and focused on the finish, which repeats the floral and mineral notes.
