Here we have a lovely, well-balanced Bordeaux red that would go great with meaty dishes. Aromas of blackcurrant, dried leaves, cherries and plums decorate the nose, whilst the palate is medium-bodied and lushly fruited, with licks of cedar, fine tannins, followed by a long finish. Lovely stuff!
This wine had a WOW factor in a large line up of wines from the Médoc. Lifted nose with some floral (violet) notes. Gorgeous mouth feel, round and long with great balance. Complex, blackcurrant and tobacco. As good as many classified growths.
